Pack-a-Punch Blueberry and Spinach Smoothie

This blueberry and spinach smoothie recipe is packed full of flavour and healthy goodness. With rolled oats, flaxseed, banana, Greek yogurt and honey, this breakfast smoothie will keep you going until lunch.

Serves: 2 Cups
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup packed baby spinach
  • 2 tbs rolled oats
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1tbs honey
  • 4 ice cubes
  1. Add all of the ingredients into a powerful blender in the same order as the ingredients list.
  2. Run the blender on high for 2 minutes (or until completely smooth)
  3. Pour into a travel cup for work or serve in your favourite glass
Since I'm not a fan of grainy textures, I prefer my smoothies super smooth. I recommend blending these in a powerful blender.
