Serves: 2.5 cups
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen mango pieces
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 apple cored and cut into quarters (not peeled)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 2 tsp ground flax seed
  • 2 cups baby spinach packed
  1. Add all the ingredients in the order listed to a powerful blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for two minutes.
  3. Serve cold.
