Sriracha, Red Pepper and Goat Cheese Dip

We're thrilled with this dip. We already loved roasted red pepper and goat cheese dip, but the Sriracha adds something special! Dip away friends.

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 140 g soft unripened goat cheese
  • 130 g roasted red pepper, no seeds
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  1. Sauté the garlic with the oil for about 2 minutes on medium to medium high. Until it starts to brown a little, but don't let the garlic burn.

  2. Place the sautéed garlic and oil in a blender and add the remaining ingredients.

  3. Run the blender on high for 20 to 30 seconds or until all the ingredients are well combined.

  4. Pour the dip into a serving bowl and refrigerate until until you're ready to dip.

Recipe Notes

This dip can be used immediately, but we recommend refrigerating it for a few hours (we prepare our the day before). It'll thicken a bit and the flavours are a bit stronger.
