A creamy delicious and refreshing frozen espresso drink sweetened with maple syrup. Perfect for cooling off on a hot summer days... or any day of the year!
Pull a quality double shot of espresso (we used our Breville Barista Express)
Pour the espresso, milk, maple syrup, and ice cubes (in that order) in a powerful blender.
Blend until the ice is completely pulverized and the drink has a creamy consistency. This took 20 to 30 seconds in our blender. The timing will vary depending on your blender.
Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream, maple syrup and maple shavings if you like. Enjoy!
Feel free to substitute the 3.25% milk with a lower fat milk.
