  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Frank's hot sauce (or other mild flavourful hot sauce)

  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the garlic, salt, pepper, Frank's hot sauce and olive oil.

  4. Use a basting brush to brush on the Frank's mixture onto the tops of each of the florets and place them on the baking sheet, separate from each other.

  5. Tent a sheet of aluminum foil over the cauliflower florets and place the baking sheet in the oven on the middle rack.

  6. After about 7 minutes, remove the aluminium foil and continue to roast for another 15 minutes or until the edges have nice brown edges.
